L.A. Architects has extensive experience in financial service environments. Our firm has planned, designed, and produced construction documents for more than 85 Controlled Access Unit installations. Due to the complicated nature, and extent of requirements, to allow the installation of CAUs in today's banking market, it has been necessary to provide extensive professional services. With concerns ranging from record drawing creation, Building Code compliance, fire exiting, handicapped accessibility, the structural impact to existing building structures, nominal building and equipment clearances, integrated security, optimum customer usage and budget conformance.

We have provided disabled access design solutions for a majority of our clients over the years. Recently our company planned, designed, and produced construction documents for over 60 ADA upgrade projects within the Southern California region. Working with the requirements of the present California Building Code and the Federal Americans with Disability Act, we have provided our clients with technical knowledge, experience and the ability to help plan and implement Disabled Access Upgrade Projects.

We are experienced in the effective integration of ATM technology into financial service environments. Our firm has planned, designed, and produced many ATM installation drawings for our clients and we were asked by IBM to provide input on ATM design features to conform to the needs of physically handicapped customers in the state of California.
